As construction program manager, Accurate Group works on behalf of the client to manage all aspects of the construction program, from concept through closeout. We monitor the progress of multiple jobs, adjust schedules as needed to maintain critical path schedules, maintain project budgets, contain project costs, and ensure that all work is done in accordance with plans, specifications, and contract documents.
